Shaq’s first album — ‘Shaq Diesel’ — was indeed a platinum record.  ‘Shaq-Fu-Da Return’ and ‘You Can’t Stop The Reign’ went gold.

I’ve never listened to any of Shaq’s albums from start to finish.  But given the controversy surrounding his latest freestyle about Kobe Bryant and his reminder that he’s a “platinum” selling rapper, I thought I’d take a closer look at some of his material.

I don’t think Shaq’s freestyle was funny.  But the lyrics to his “platinum” and “gold” selling albums are hilarious.
