On April 12th, 1958, Bob Pettit scored 51 points — including 19 of his team’s last 21 points and the go ahead tip-in with 15 second remaining — to win the sixth and deciding game of the 1958 NBA Finals.  Pettit’s legendary performance set what was then a Finals record for most points scored in a single game.
