At an appearance Saturday to promote an upcoming episode in which he’ll swim against Olympic star Michael Phelps, O’Neal said: “Everyone in America has similar ideas. He had a similar idea.”
The Arizona Republic reported last week that Nash mentioned a “reality show he was pursuing” to O’Neal in 2008, while they were teammates with the Phoenix Suns.
O’Neal said Saturday Nash’s idea was about training with other athletes, not competing against them. O’Neal also noted that Nash is an executive producer on his ABC show.

I don’t believe Shaq. I think the idea of a show was Nash’s but of course shaq will get the credit and money for it.
